I have ordered various items at once. Will they all arrive together?
We aim to deliver all items purchased together at the same time however this may not always be possible.
Your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers depending on the size and weight of the parcel but you will not be charged for additional deliveries.
Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us.
There has been a mistake with my order, what should I do?
If your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or in the unfortunate event you have not been sent the correct item please send us an email providing as much information as possible with supporting images to info@muddyhandsltd.com
We aim to work quickly to resolve these matters, so you will receive a response within 24 – 48 hours.
My order has not yet been delivered, what should I do?
If your order is being delivered by one of our approved couriers and it is overdue, please contact us at info@muddyhandsltd.com we will be able to contact the courier on your behalf.
Please note though, that the opening hours for some of our courier companies may be different so we may not always be able to provide information immediately. However we will help resolve the matter as quickly as possible by keeping you up to date will all the relevant information.
